How I got here
I began in healthcare with a B.S. in Health Information Management and experience as a medical scribe. Later I taught Reading Language Arts and supported students with behavioral needs. Those roles sharpened my skills in clarity, research, and teaching complex ideas simply.

Living with Meniere’s Disease shifted me toward work that honors energy and purpose. Writing became the bridge to strategy and systems design for people who wanted growth with structure and balance. Becoming an author myself showed me how overwhelming it can feel to market something personal, and how much relief the right systems provide.
