5. Quotes, Payment & Refunds

Projects are quoted individually based on scope and complexity.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • Remaining payment is due prior to final file delivery.

  • Payments are non-refundable once final files are delivered.

6. Revisions & Updates

One (1) round of minor revisions is included with each project. Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional fees.

Simple updates (such as date or minor text changes) may be billed at a minimum update fee.

7. Delivery

Standard delivery includes final polished PDF documents and fillable fields where applicable.

Editable Word files may be offered as an optional add-on and quoted separately.

Final documents become client property upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

A.J. Cofer is not responsible for:

  • Legal accuracy

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Policy approval

  • Content decisions made by clients

Services are limited to document structure, formatting, and presentation improvements.

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

This Website may use third-party tools such as Squarespace, Stripe, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other service providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or pricing.

10. Limitation of Liability
