3. Services Provided
3.1 Client Journey Website Build — $1,111
This service includes the design and setup of a website-based client journey, which may include:
Website page structure and flow (1–3 pages)
Application, inquiry, or opt-in form setup
Email follow-up or confirmation sequence
Stripe integration where applicable
7 days of post-launch support
Pre-recorded walkthrough or handoff materials
3.2 The Aligned Digital Experience — $1,777
This service includes everything in the Client Journey Website Build, plus expanded support such as:
Additional website pages or offer integration
Extended email follow-up sequence
Deeper content or offer alignment
Additional supporting materials as outlined on the Services page
3.3 Direct Brand Partnership (Monthly Retainer)
The Direct Brand Partnership is a collaborative, story-driven visibility service. A.J. Cofer acts as a creative storyteller, integrating aligned brands into original content published across A.J.’s platforms.
This service is not advertising, not influencer marketing, and not paid media management.
Tier 1: Story-Driven Partnership — $1,250/month
Each month includes:
2–4 original story-driven content pieces
Organic brand integration within narrative content
Reposting rights for brand-owned channels
One quarterly evergreen feature
Not Included:
Paid ads or ad management
Performance guarantees
Campaign optimization
Product photography beyond agreed deliverables
Rush or additional content outside scope
Service Scope
Clients acknowledge that:
Services are limited to what is explicitly listed
Requests outside scope may require additional fees
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, assets, and information
Billing Cycle (Direct Brand Partnership)
The Direct Brand Partnership operates on a recurring 30-day billing cycle. Payments are charged automatically unless canceled with 30 days written notice.
Once a billing cycle has begun, payments are non-refundable. No pauses, partial refunds, or mid-cycle cancellations are permitted.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
4.1 Payment Structure
For website and client journey builds:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work
The remaining 50% is due before final delivery of assets
For monthly retainers:
Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
Retainers are non-refundable once work has begun
4.2 Refunds
All service deposits are non-refundable
All digital products are non-refundable
Services are non-refundable once work has begun
If a project is canceled by the client, the deposit covers time, preparation, and reserved scheduling. No partial refunds are issued for incomplete services.
5. Digital Products Disclaimer
Digital products offered on this Website are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Delays caused by non-responsiveness may affect timelines and delivery.

We make no guarantees regarding income, sales, leads, or outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, audience behavior, and client consistency.
The Company is not liable for:
Lost revenue or business
Third-party platform outages
Client misuse of delivered systems
Errors caused by incorrect client information
All services and digital products are provided “as is.”
8. No Professional Advice
Nothing provided through this Website, services, or digital products constitutes legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.
9. Third-Party Tools

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services due to:
Abusive or inappropriate behavior
Non-payment

No refunds are issued if termination occurs due to client behavior.
