I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management with an emphasis in Informatics and bring 18 years of experience within healthcare environments.

My background includes hands-on work with regulated documentation, patient-facing materials, and structured information systems. I have redesigned patient education resources in a medical practice and modernized official court documentation while preserving required legal standards.

In addition, my experience as a Reading & Language Arts educator strengthened my focus on readability, clarity, and structured communication.

My approach combines systems thinking, workflow awareness, and practical literacy expertise to deliver documents that are clear, organized, and professional.
