Timelines depend on your project scope. Most builds take two to four weeks, depending on complexity and client response times. Every project includes clear milestones and updates, so you always know what’s next.

How do I access my digital downloads?

Answer:
You’ll receive an email with your download link immediately after purchase. All files are in PDF format and can be printed or imported into digital journaling apps.

Do your products replace therapy?

Answer:
No. My journals and tools are designed to support reflection and emotional awareness, but they do not replace therapy or professional mental health care.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Answer:
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if you experience any technical issue or trouble accessing your files, please reach out through my email aj@ajcofer.com— I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
